An Inter-faith & Multi-generational Conversation: Focusing on Advanced Care Planning 9:00 am to 2:30 pm

It’s always too early until it is too late to have a family conversation exploring our values, attitudes and beliefs about the end of life.  Beginning with the end in mind–join us in community–a safe and fun family environment, as we explore together, what we want our families to know about preparing for our end of life. The day will begin with a viewing of the movie Coco, followed by an inter generational conversation and lunch. After lunch, children will explore youth activities with childcare providers while the adults delve a little deeper. All ages welcome!
