Jewish Mindfulness with Rosemary

This Sunday, the teen group will meet at HUUF at 11 am to join Rosemary for a guided discussion about the history of contemplative Judaism, the role of religion in our exploration of life’s spiritual questions, and the ways we can seek to explore key parts of world religions, such as animism, in order to expand our understanding of our own spiritual practices.
