“And Still I Rise…”

Inspired by the prolific words of Maya Angelou, join us on this Easter Sunday to gather in the wisdom and practices of resurrection.  Black, Brown & Indigenous peoples have long had to cultivate practices of resilience and resistance during times of upheaval.  But for those of us with relative privilege – white, cis-gendered, able-bodied – we are just now having to cultivate these skills in response to these times.  How do we practice joy, persistence and rebirth?  In times of tumult and oppression, what does it take to still rise?
Bring something simple and nourishing to share in our post-service Easter potluck & egg hunt, as well.
