On the list of Actions of Immediate Witness put forth this past year by the Unitarian Universalist Association was the call to be “in solidarity with Palestinians” through acts of public witnessing, education, organizing and advocacy. Now more than ever, it’s crucial to take meaningful action to support their lives, dignity, and future.
Our service will bring forth voices from within our community who have been on the frontlines of this effort: mobilizing resources, building community, and amplifying Palestinian voices in the struggle for justice and human rights. Together, we can create change. Together, we can stand for freedom and justice. Join us to explore how we can mobilize for Palestinian lives—because every action counts.
*Make sure to stick around after the service where we as a congregation will move towards consensus on this and other key social justice issues at this time.
Please, bring a finger food item to share.
