The Inner Work of Age Book Group
Begins Thursday, March 13th at 2pm at HUUF

The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul by Connie Zweig. Ph.D.
In this in-depth book, Connie Sweig reveals how to use inner work to explore the key thresholds of later life to emerge as an Elder filled with vitality and purpose. We will be taking our time as we work through this book to enable to us to complete many of the practices listed in the book and to process our discoveries. We will come together bi-weekly to share our experiences and encourage one another.

The group will meet at the Fellowship for six bi-weekly sessions on Thursday afternoons starting March 13 from 2pm to 4 pm. Additional dates are: 3/27, 4/10, 4/24, 5/8, and 5/22. The book can be purchased on-line for $14-$20 plus shipping or ordered through Northtown books in Arcata. Please try to get the book prior to our first meeting, if possible. Come anyway if you can’t. We will be introducing the book and getting to know each other.
