This interactive training will introduce key principles, practical skills, and methodologies to foster empathy, accountability, and mutual understanding. Participants will explore proactive practices for nurturing healthy relationships and restorative processes for effectively addressing conflict and harm.

Pre-registration is required, and early registration is highly recommended. Preparatory materials will be available 4 weeks before the training date. We strongly encourage early registration to maximize your experience, as these materials will deepen your understanding, integration, and application of the training content.

Additionally, participants will be invited to join a WhatsApp group created specifically for this training. The facilitator will share valuable resources and facilitate early reflections and discussions. This preparatory engagement will greatly enhance your ability to connect with, internalize, and effectively apply the material during the training.
