HUUF wants to Empower the Congregation to share more local videos during the services and online. Here is an Intake Form, to help the video making process run smooth.  Please Answer the following questions, and if you have any questions for yourself, please ask them in the Extra comments section at the bottom.

LETS MAKE A VIDEO !

A response will be sent to your email. If needed the tech might request a phone call meeting to further discuss the details. Media for the video with be compiled, and once the tech is done editing, they will send it to you, along a Feedback Form, to fill out, for any last minute changes.
