With reflections, writing prompts and mindful art projects, we explore monthly Soul Matters themes through a creative approach.

Soul Matters is a small group experience created for Unitarian Universalist congregations that includes spiritual exercises, inspirational readings and questions that encourage reflection on daily living that helps participants explore monthly themes in more depth.
