Each fall, children in our community head back to school — some without the essential supplies that help them learn and thrive. At HUUF, we believe that every child deserves a fair start, and that our collective generosity can help level the playing field.
We are gathering school supplies to share with local students and families in need. By contributing to this drive, you are living our UU values of justice, equity, and compassion. A pair of socks or a jump rope may seem small, but together these gifts affirm the worth and dignity of every child.
✨ Supplies we’re collecting (ages 4–14, especially 4–10):
- new socks
- new underwear
- new sweatpants
- gently‑used jackets
- gently-used pants
- playground balls
- jump ropes
- hula hoops
- small prize‑box toys
Supplies can be dropped off at HUUF during office hours (Tues-Friday 12-4pm) or on Sunday mornings. Don’t have the time or accessibility but have funds? Click Here to Donate Now
