Starting October 17th there will be 3 opportunities to connect:
Thursday October 17th, 2-3 PM at Redwood Roots Farm for a GUIDED GRIEF NATURE MEDITATION
A guided nature based meditation aimed at connecting more deeply to the land. Location is outdoors near trees and a creek. Hanna will lead participants into a heart-centered practice informed by her Eco-chaplaincy training. No experience necessary. Donation Based. No one turned away for lack of funds. Hanna Nielsen is an Eco-Chaplain with the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies, a Good Grief Network flow facilitator and a graduate student earning her master’s in Eco-psychology at Naropa University.
Friday October 18th, 4-5:30 PM at HUUF for GRIEF SONG CIRCLE
Saturday October 19th, Arrive at 2 PM at HUUF for COMMUNITY GRIEF TENDING ART RITUAL
